Description

The Research Committee works to support the SDBP Strategic Goals of promoting and disseminating research in developmental-behavioral health, and of increasing the workforce of researchers in developmental and behavioral health. Its membership is interdisciplinary, spans a broad range of research interests, and welcomes both experienced and less experienced member researchers.

Committee Goals:

  • Support mentoring of junior researchers within the SDBP.
  • Coordinate the SDBP Research Award.
  • Contribute to expert review of scientific abstracts submitted for the SDBP and PAS Annual Meetings.
  • Disseminate information about member research publications and research grant awards to the membership and externally, as called for.

The Research Committee is happy to welcome new members who would like to actively participate.
