SDBP 2018 ANNUAL MEETING

Save the Date!

Developmental Behavioral Diagnosis and Management in Pediatrics - September 14, 2018

SDBP and NAPNAP (National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners) are teaming up to provide a one-day special symposium just prior to the SDBP Annual Meeting on Friday, September 14th in Anaheim, CA.

This full day intensive workshop is ideal for pediatric primary care providers, those preparing to make the transition into DB Peds specialty care and those working in DB Peds. There are two 4-hour cases that will cover autism versus global developmental delay in a younger child, and ADHD versus mood disorder or learning disability in a teen.

Spend your day learning from two teams of three faculty members including, a nurse practitioner, developmental behavioral pediatrician and psychologist. The teams will walk the participants through the two engaging case studies, each addressing a unique diagnosis, both designed to review the diagnostic presentation and appropriate assessment tools, formulation of diagnosis with interpretation of developmental and behavioral assessment measures, treatment options including psychopharmacology, family support and ongoing monitoring of a child with multiple common developmental and behavioral concerns.
